Glendola Leisure lagged behind the industry digitally and needed a major transformation across their diverse estate. We created, implemented and operate a bespoke tech solution with control and support for over 20+ individual Hotel, pub, bar and restaurant websites that sit under the Groups Banner.
We built tiered custom website platforms with a powerful, tailor-made variety of designs to cover the group’s multiple brands. We implemented live support for their internal team to action and update sites on demand, allowing the venue teams to concentrate on running the business.
We operate two dedicated servers hosting all websites to ensure maximum stability and uptime across the group’s estate.
Design
Data led design to create a host of choices that bring results.
We designed three different templates to cover the groups tiers of venues, each with a variety of colourways, so venues can choose a design that suits. Each template was wireframed based on years of data and insight.
Layouts were optimised to make key actions for users easy and, since more than 80% of online traffic for pubs is mobile, everything was designed with mobile users first.

Live support, new pages and web updates at no extra charge.
We provide a well-orchestrated support ticketing and action system where the team can request website updates and developments as standard with all our websites. Our in-house developers are ready and waiting to process the requests as they come in to each venue’s dedicated live support channel.
Upon go-live Google Analytics pixels and Google Tag Manager conversion tracking features as standard with the Glendola team having full access for their own reporting.
