RESEARCH

We carried out a complete experience audit of the clubs current systems and products and outlined various solutions to tackle the multitude of problems we identified across the businesses website, payment systems, and marketing strategy.

DEVELOPMENT

The research phase give us a very clear understanding on how to approach the design element of the website and supporting systems. Our clear objectives centred around producing a website that converted traffic into paying members. Taking inspiration from the subscription industry, we made clear pricing options for potential members paramount on the new website. This, combined with a new recurring payments system cut the journey from enquiry to payment by over 60%.

EXECUTION

Golf memberships are essentially an online subscription business, so we built a modern site that would act accordingly. Sharpe visuals and stunning digital content combined with a simple pricing structure & a new monthly payments system equalled a 21% increase in membership for the club.

RESULTS

Through our strategic partnership with StreamLayer, we seamlessly merged the organization, effectively becoming an extension of their core team. Together, we worked closely to streamline workflows, optimize squad setups, and accelerate the achievement of key objectives. Our Collaboration directly with the co-founders, providing valuable support in sales efforts and client proposals led to remarkable growth and success for StreamLayer, including becoming a Microsoft Gamtech Innovation Winner!
